• Install Driver :Before you start Check care fully and indtall G2010 printer driver Properly.
• Launch the Service Tool : Disable Antivirus , then double click on Exe file and Launch the Tool. You see the MainInterface.
• Enter Service Mode Printer : Press and hold the power button. While holding the power button, press the stop button six times consecutively – press it 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 times. After the sixth press of the stop button, release the power button. After entering into Service Mode All button in Service Tool Will get Enabled
• Check The Counter First : Check the Counter First
  1. Click EEPROM under tab ( this will print the eeprom of the printer )
