In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Requests received later than __7__business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

RETURN POLICY

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
